- Design and propose target-state architecture aligned with enterprise goals and technology strategy.
· Lead and manage two small, agile development teams, ensuring clear sprint planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality software.
· Serve as Scrum Master for both teams, facilitating standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and removing blockers.
· Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and performance across systems and integrations.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and other technical leaders to ensure development aligns with business needs.
· Provide technical mentorship to developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Partner with infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams to ensure system reliability and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS

- 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or architecture role.
· Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, systems integration, and software design principles.
· Hands-on experience leading agile development teams and running SCRUM ceremonies.
· Proficiency in modern tech stacks (e.g., .NET, Java, REST APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases).
· Experience with eCommerce is a plus.
