 The Role

 

Working in a proactive, organised, and motivated manner, you will provide an excellent level of customer satisfaction, have excellent collaboration and communication skills and offer a high level of quality service and accuracy. On a daily basis, you will:

  •           Ensure the quality and accuracy of products for customers’ orders, whilst working towards their expectations of a timely service.
  •           Prioritisation of workload to ensure original promise dates are achieved
  •           Aim to resolve or raise non-conformances internally where items do not match the order specification, and provide a resolution where possible to fulfil an order, and provide opportunities for continuous improvement.
  •          Reroute orders based on import/export regulations and passing on specific customer requests to the relevant teams within the Shipping department working collaboratively for the customers benefit.
  •          You will have individual duties and responsibilities, contributing towards wider team deadlines and goals. Being able to manage your workload and prioritising accordingly is a crucial part of this role.
  •          The primary objective of the role is quality assurance, however, as part of a cross functional team, contributions in other functions is required.

 

About You

 

With excellent attention to detail, you will bring your relevant skills to the role, meaning the in-depth training you receive from us will be bolstered by your own knowledge and experience. Furthermore, you will have:

  •           Computer skills with the ability to learn and effectively operate new software applications.
  •           Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  •          Detail oriented
  •           Confident in making decisions and problem solving
  •           Good communication (Verbal and written)
  •           Previous experience with Manual Handling/H&S in a warehouse environment.
  •           Organisation skills and prioritising tasks
  •           GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or equivalent
