JOB SUMMARY

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Base Location can be in the following states (Willingboro, NJ, Chicago, Burbank, CA, Dallas/Houston, Denver) 

The Integration Manager’s primary responsibility is planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of integration across business functions—including IT, Digital, HR, Operations, Accounting & Finance, Legal, and more—to ensure that acquired businesses are seamlessly and effectively absorbed into our organization.

 

While the primary focus will be on M&A integrations, the role may also support other high-priority cross-functional projects such as internal platform migrations, system consolidations, or business process reengineering.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Integration Planning
    • Define goals, scope, and timeline for integration
    • Identify key stakeholders
    • Identify integration risks and dependencies, and create contingency plans
  • Integration Execution
    • Coordinate integration functional teams from both acquiring and acquired companies
    • Leading integration kickoff and recurring check-in meetings
    • Monitoring progress against planned timelines
    • Proactively work with functional teams and leadership to resolve issues
    • Foster collaboration & engagement among the integration teams
    • Ensure business continuity during integration, minimizing disruption to operations
  • Integration Monitoring & Reporting
    • Track and report on synergy realization and key integration KPI’s and milestones
    • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on status of integrations
    • Provide regular updates to senior leadership
  • Integration Transition
    • Wind down integration activities by ensuring a smooth transition of duties and tasks to operational teams for continuing business operations
      • Includes transfer of documentation, best practices, training, etc.
  • Integration Evaluation & Improvement
    • Gather feedback and metrics from integrations and analyze for insights
    • Propose enhancements to integration processes to improve outcomes

 

May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.

  • Integration Timeline Adherence
    • % of Integration Milestones achieved within scheduled timeframes
  • Key Employee Retention Rate
  • Employee Engagement/Satisfaction Scores
    • Survey scores from employees or internal teams post-integration
  • Time to Systems Consolidation
    • ERP/CRM/Phone/Etc.
  • Service Disruption Incidents
    • Number of major service or operational disruptions due to integration
  • Lessons Learned Logged
    • # of Improvements suggested to integration playbook based on insights from previous integrations

 

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No direct supervisory responsibilities with this role, but room for growth in the future.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives involving numerous stakeholders
  • Strong high-level understanding of functional domains including IT, HR, Finance & Accounting, and Operations
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills

 

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED 

  • Strong Computer proficiency
    • Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams)
    • Knowledge of Monday.com project management software preferred
    • Knowledge of general ERP system designs, and specific ERP systems, is preferred
  • Being able to multi-task and work at a fast pace
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Change management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Strong leadership presence

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in M&A integration, project management, corporate development, or related fields

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS 

  • PMP or similar certification given preference

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Frequent communication via email, phone, video, and in-person meetings
  • Regular use of office equipment such as computers and phones
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
  • Occasional walking and standing during site visits
  • Travel up to 25% to visit integration companies’ physical facilities

Salary Range Information:

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. 

 

Salary Range:

$125,000.00-$140,000.00 annual base salary
