JOB SUMMARY
We’re seeking a Digital Paid Media Manager who is both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator. You’ll manage multi-million-dollar paid media budgets, primarily across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with accountability for revenue growth, efficiency, and new customer acquisition.
This is a player-coach role: you’ll be in-platform executing campaigns while also developing strategies to drive growth across Radwell’s ecommerce and B2B business. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, sales, product, and creative to deliver measurable impact to the business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead strategy and execution for paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (search, shopping, and display) Including targeting, budgeting, bid strategies, ad assets, and measurement strategy.
- Manage relationships with agencies and external vendors, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, targets are met, and performance insights and data-driven optimizations are clearly communicated.
- Execute campaigns directly in-platform while collaborating with agencies as needed.
- Manage and optimize multi-million-dollar budgets to drive incremental revenue, ROAS, CLV, and new customer acquisition.
- Provide in-depth analysis of campaign performance and communicate insights to senior leadership, aligning paid media strategy with overall business objectives and guiding future initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and sales teams to ensure messaging alignment and audience targeting. · Champion automation and efficiency by streamlining reporting, setting up performance alerts , monitoring product feed health, and rapidly testing workflows to improve speed-to-market.
- Stay on top of industry trends, platform innovations, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
METRICS
- Increased traffic, incremental revenue, and a healthy acquisition pipeline from paid search and shopping campaigns.
- Improved ROAS, CLV, and customer acquisition efficiency while scaling spend across high-value segments.
- Clear alignment with sales, product, and analytics teams on campaign goals and audience targeting.
- Automated reporting, monitoring, and feed health checks in place, reducing manual effort and enabling scalable growth.
- Proactive testing of new ad formats, bidding strategies, and targeting options, ensuring Radwell stays ahead of competitors in digital advertising.
- Strong collaboration with agency and vendor partners, troubleshooting complex issues, problem solving, and delivering high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and agency/vendor relationships to deliver growth in ecommerce and/or B2B environments.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience turning data into action.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally and present to leadership.
· Experience with Meta, LinkedIn, or programmatic advertising is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Technical Skills / Tools:
· Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max)
· Microsoft Ads (Bing), including Shopping campaigns
· Google Merchant Center (product feed management and optimization)
· Automation & workflow tools (scripts, rules, scheduling, alerts, or third-party optimization platforms)
· Analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting dashboards (Power BI, Looker, or similar)
· Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including advanced functions, data visualization, and presentation design.
· Knowledge of SQL or other query languages a plus (for deeper performance analysis and reporting)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
· 5+ years of paid media experience, with expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (required).
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is an office job and entails the physical demands associated with operating a telephone and computer (viewing monitor, keyboard, mouse).
WORK SCHEDULE
Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm. · Hybrid work requirement: must be onsite in Raleigh, NC 3 days per week.
SALARY RANGE INFORMATION:
- The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related-skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
SALARY RANGE:
$90-115K, plus 10% bonus
