JOB SUMMARY
Primary duties of this position are to breakdown daily shipments, receive and determine correct conditions of items, photograph and weigh items, receive first time repair and warranty repair items, receive factory new inventory, pick parts for orders, assist with daily outbound shipments, and complete and maintain files of completed purchase orders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Read and review each Bid or Purchase Order that is assigned to your line; note any additional verbal or written instructions from Supervisors.
- Determine correct conditions and quantities, note changes if any, and immediately notify your Supervisor of any changes that affect the Purchase Order value.
- Receive items correctly into inventory via Receiving Station making note of serial numbers, series, firmware, revision levels etc. as necessary.
- Photograph clearly and weigh items as necessary.
- Forward completed paperwork to your Supervisor.
- Forward completed Purchase order to Supervisor for auditing/proofing.
- Maintain file system of Completed Purchase orders.
- Assist your Supervisor with updating any list price or description discrepancies through internal and external databases.
- Pick parts from inventory for orders using picking system.
- Occasionally assist Shipping Processor with daily outbound shipments.
- Be able and ready to work from time punched in until the time punched out.
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.
MEASUREMENTS / METRICS
- 3 filled bins per shift or
- 50 line items fulfilled or
- 1 item processed every 4 minutes
- (whichever can be satisfied by type of work delivered to us by vendors)
- Processing errors will recorded in Management Reporting System
- Missing items from bin will result in an automatic Commission Penalty
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
- Frequent walking
- Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
- Lifting requirements include frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds

EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY
- Introductory Review -- Will be written at approximately 90 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue
- Monthly Reviews – Employee will be given a brief written monthly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of activity.
- Annual Reviews – Monthly reviews will factor in as a big part of this process along with attendance, job knowledge, overall performance and dependability.
WORK SCHEDULE
This is an hourly, full-time position. You are required to work 8:00am – 5:00pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Employee is expected to come to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The environment is a plant and inventory setting. Dress attire is casual but professional in a plant and inventory setting. All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. For your safety and protection, you are required to wear closed toe shoes.
Safety Shoes are recommended. Radwell ID Badge and Access card are to be worn at all times. Employees must adhere to all Radwell Safety Requirements at all times (see safety manual posted online).
