JOB SUMMARY
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
This position is responsible for supporting all warehouse functions. Duties of this position include package picking, warehouse stocking, inter-warehouse transfers, forklift operation, security, organization and cleaning, recollecting material, delivery, sales information service etc.
Some travel might be required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Complete the early pick up of incoming packages.
• Safe operation of all heavy machinery for which have completed training.
• Ensure forklifts and company trucks are properly maintained on a regular basis.
• Ensure all safety equipment is functional and in place at all times and follow all safety procedures.
• Assist all Surplus Inventory Pickers , Inventory Auditors, and Inventory Support Associates with all work requiring the use of heavy machinery.
• Placement of incoming pallets and retrieval of pallets.
• Consolidate inventory bins and pallets.
• Update inventory systems with all changes made to inventory items.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of all warehouses at all times.
• Transfer items to our facilities to other branchs.
• Empty warehouse trash and recyclables, as needed.
• Travel to other Radwell facilities/vendor pickups.
Other duties may be assigned.
METRICS AND MEASUREMENTS
· Package Handling and Receipts are logged. Employee must maintain standard handling counts and improve handling as inbound package volume increases without compromising performance.
· Warehouse activity is logged. Employee must continuously maintain records for daily activities, including equipment maintenance and operation.
· Employee will be evaluated on the accuracy of the records kept and his/her performance level as measured against demand.
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full time position.
The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
Employee’s schedule may change due to business needs.
Employee is expected to report to work on time.
Employee is required to be available for additional/overtime as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS

· Computer literate
· Clean driving record
· Must be able to pass a DOT Physical

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· High School Diploma or equivalent required
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
· Forklift licenses (necessary)
· Valid driving license (necessary)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
· Frequent walking.
· Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion.
· Lifting requirements include repeated lifting of up to 10 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds.
EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY
· Introductory Review -- Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue
· Quarterly Reviews – Employee will be given a brief written quarterly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of activity.
· Annual Reviews – Quarterly reviews will factor in as a big part of this process along with attendance, job knowledge, overall performance and dependability.
