Order Fulfillment Associate (1 yr. contract)

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for completing all surplus inventory consolidation and order fulfillment. This position is also responsible for directing the completed picking workflow to either shipping or production on a case by case basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Ensure timely and accurate consolidation and/or fulfillment of all pick tickets.

·         Ensure outgoing orders are wrapped or sealed in ESD bags appropriately

·         Place inventory from Order Receiving bins to Stock bins on a daily basis

·         Assist Warehouse Operations Manager with inventory tasks as assigned.

·         May be modified from time to time. Other duties may be assigned.

METRICS AND MEASUREMENTS

Order Fulfillment Associates will be expected to maintain a goal attainment level of at least 100% based on the established performance metrics (TBD).  Failure to meet this minimum level for a period of two consecutive months will result in MRS action.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

·         Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.

·         Frequent walking.

·         Lifting requirements include repeated lifting of up to 10 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds.

·         Frequent walking on open, raised catwalk.

EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY

§  Introductory Review -- Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue

§  Quarterly Reviews – Employee will be given a brief written quarterly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of activity.

§  Annual Reviews – Quarterly reviews will factor in as a big part of this process along with attendance, job knowledge, overall performance and dependability.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is an hourly position. The schedule for this position is an 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday, with one hour lunch. Overtime work for each Saturday is scheduled and mandatory unless otherwise cancelled by senior management due to acceptable customer service levels and requirements.  Other overtime may be required if applicable and scheduled. Employee is expected to report to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies. Additional and/or off-hour shifts may be required for production coverage.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The environment is a professional open office environment located in the production warehouse and shipping area.  Dress attire is casual but professional closed-toe, hard soled shoes must be worn.  All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received.  Closed-toe shoes must be worn.
