Job Summary:
Support and assist field service team members. Review and document team’s field service work, including customer communications, sales, job estimating, proposals, scheduling, reports and billing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate service schedules, including client specific training requirements.

Assist managers and sales teams in the daily operations and management of business activities.

Monitor, report, and assist with business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.

Liaison between customer and management to ensure effective operations delivery.

Coordinate and manage project details and tasks to ensure project delivery within budget and timelines.
-
Ensure compliance with inter-company standards and procedures.
-
Maintain clear and accurate operations documents and procedures for reference purposes.

Review regional staff time and expenses according to payroll schedule.
-
Assist in managing customer expectations, internal and external deliverables.
-
Assist with receiving, reviewing and completing routine paperwork.
-
Assist with credit card reconciliations and tracking of expense reports.
-
Assist with the review, organization, and classification of various vendor invoices.

Liaison between regions and the corporate finance department for a/p and a/r management.
-
Provides administrative support or assistance to other team members and regions.

Partner with Corporate HR on a monthly basis, to plan and lead quarterly team building events for assigned region.

Ability to work independently while utilizing excellent judgement.
Work Environment:
-
Must be willing to relocate within 60 miles of the hiring regional office.

Corporate business hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm, but depending on the scope of works hours outside of business hours may be required.
-
Position is mostly office work.
-
Light regional travel (0-5%) may be required.
Education and Work Experience:
-
Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
-
2 to 4 years of experience in a corporate environment in an administrative role required.
-
Previous experience working for a service contractor is a plus.
Other Requirements:
-
Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, education verification, motor vehicle report, an approved hair and urine drug screen, as well as periodic, unannounced random testing.

Must have a valid driver’s license.
