Arkansas Electrical Outlet is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Forrest City operation. This facility supports warehouse distribution along with QA repair services and testing. We need someone who can drive performance, lead people well, and step in hands on when needed.

This is a high impact role for a practical leader who can balance day to day execution with broader operational goals. You will oversee branch operations, support financial performance, coordinate across departments, and help build a strong, accountable team.

What you will do

• Lead daily operations across warehouse, production, repair, and testing activities
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions
• Align labor and resources to meet sales and production goals
• Track productivity and performance using operational and financial data
• Support budgeting and help manage expenses responsibly
• Partner with Human Resources, Finance, Logistics, and other support teams
• Train, coach, and develop employees while setting clear expectations
• Manage employee performance and documentation consistently
• Help improve operational processes, policies, and overall branch effectiveness
• Represent the operation with outside contacts as needed, including community and business partners

• Experience leading warehouse, branch, production, or distribution operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Ability to analyze performance, productivity, and financial results
• Experience managing shipping, receiving, and general facility operations
• Strong communication, decision making, and problem solving skills
• Willingness to be hands on and do what it takes to get the job done
• Ability to work across both strategic priorities and daily operational demands
