JOB SUMMARY
Overall responsibility for the Forest City operation of Arkansas Electrical Outlet which consists of sales, a warehouse distribution facility and capable of performing QA repair services and testing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Plans and organizes daily activities related to production, operations and sales.
· Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
· Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of inside sales representatives, fostering a high-performance sales culture focused on exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
· Set clear performance expectations, establish sales goals and objectives, and monitor individual and team performance against targets.
· Develop and implement sales strategies, action plans, and tactics to drive revenue growth, penetrate new markets, and expand customer base.
· Coordinates with marketing and sales departments to determine pricing, timing, and number of sales promotions, and products to be sold.
· Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful sales and production operations.
· Oversee the shipping and receiving functions.
· Determines labor needs to meet sales and production goals.
· Assists with budget preparation for operations unit.
· Assists with, or prepares and updates, organizations operations manual and policies.
· Manage the facility and its operations in compliance with local customs and laws; interact with the community, government, and external entities as necessary such as banks, insurance carriers, and lawyers in the interest of the operation.
· Provide input to and controls all business processes that in any way affect company/branch finances; ensure the prudent and efficient expenditure of company resources.
· Manage the relationship with and services provided by the head office in the US.
· Motivate, train and develop employees as well as provide clear and concise expectations.
· Manage workforce consistent with best practices, issue and administer disciplinary action when necessary and ensure proper and timely documentation.
· Position requires strong strategic thinker who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
May be modified from time to time. Other duties may be assigned.
METRICS
· Adherence to daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals established for the operation and associated territory.
· Adherence to profit and loss objectives measured through the financial statements and adherence to standard associated measures such as profit margins, expense ratios, etc.
· To consistently meet monthly deadlines and objectives as agreed and typically described in quarterly reviews or through other project planning efforts.
· To handle ongoing projects and day-to-day demands that are not identified in formal quarterly objectives in a timely and accurate manner.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Shared supervisory of sales department with Electrical Now VP of Sales. Additionally, supervision of operational staff.
Required Skills
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
· Knowledge of and understanding of all aspects of business management and the interrelationship of each.
· Knowledge, understanding, and ability to identify and implement various business processes related to all business disciplines including marketing, sales management, customer service, operations management, human resource management, financial management, and management of information and technology.
· Ability to identify, set up and formalize business processes and to provide appropriate management, supervision, and staffing to effectively carry out business goals.
· Understanding of financial concepts and ability to understand and interpret financial statements.
· Strong sales knowledge and aggressive sales mentality; ability to motivate and reach aggressive and specific sales targets, emphasis on building strong customer relationships.
· Technical knowledge and understanding of electronics and manufacturing products and components
· Deep understanding of all aspects of human resource management including hiring and termination practices, benefits set up and administration, pay structure, etc.
· Ability to easily understand, adapt to, and use computer systems and technology; intermediate to expert knowledge and ability to use end user tools computing tools, especially Microsoft Office and able to review all computer driven processes and manually audit for error.
Required Experience
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· Several years of extensive experience as a Senior Manager, Managing Director, or Operational Manager/Director level.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This job will require some level of hands-on involvement in doing whatever is necessary to grow and develop a stagnant operation into a mature, efficient and productive team. Ultimately, it will be more of a management and office job and entails the physical demands associated with walking around to observe operations, and operating a telephone and computer (viewing
monitor, keyboard, mouse) as well as including driving for outside sales responsibilities.
