Monday-Thursday 8am - 5pm

Dynamic and rapidly growing Electrical Services and Product's Company is searching for an Electrical Engineer.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform Electrical Power Systems Studies, including short circuit, coordination and arc flash
• Document power systems (prepare single-line diagrams; compile equipment ratings and settings).
• Occasionally perform field data collection at various job sites (schools, wastewater facilities, manufacturing plants, etc.)
• Occasionally perform Arc Flash Label Installation and Circuit Breaker Setting Adjustments at various job sites (schools, wastewater facilities, manufacturing plants, etc.)
• Assist with project planning and Coordination as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• BS, Electrical Engineering from accredited university or college.
• Thorough, accurate, and quality conscious in the performance of job duties.
• Ability to work within scheduling and costs constraints to complete projects on time and on budget.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and Word. Experience with electrical analysis software (SKM Powertools) a plus.
• Good writing skills (for writing study reports and preparing client correspondence).
• Current driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to work in varying conditions, both inside and outside.
• Safety Oriented
• Good written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and work independently.
• Ability to collaborate with others including operators, mechanics, engineers, and management
• Working knowledge of electrical systems
