JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Warehouse Associate is a dynamic role that bridges the responsibilities of a
warehouse associate, technician, and fabricator. This position is crucial for supporting our
production and logistics operations in Sheboygan, WI. The Technical Warehouse Associate will
handle a variety of tasks, including inventory management, basic assembly and disassembly of
electrical equipment, minor repairs, and fabrication duties. This role is ideal for someone with a
strong mechanical aptitude who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehouse Operations:
• Picking and packing orders for shipment.
• Managing inventory, including organizing and restocking shelves.
• Using shipping software (e.g., UPS World Ship) to process orders.
• Loading and unloading trucks and ensure items are properly crated or boxed for shipment.
• General warehouse duties, including cleaning and organizing the warehouse floor.
Technical Support:
• Assisting in the assembly, disassembly, and reconditioning of electrical equipment.
• Performing minor repairs and basic maintenance on equipment.
• Testing electrical components to ensure functionality.
• Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Fabrication Support:
• Operating fabrication machinery, such as welding equipment, cutting tools, or CNC
machines.
• Preparing materials for fabrication by cutting, grinding, and shaping them according to
specifications.
• Inspecting fabricated parts or products for quality control and making adjustments as
needed.
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fabrication, electrical work, or a
related field is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical
issues.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school or equivalent GED certification.

• Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling,
crouching or crawling
• Frequent walking
• Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
• Lifting requirements include continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds, frequent lifting of up to
35 pounds, occasional handling up to 100 pounds
WORK SCHEDULE
The hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm with unpaid lunch and paid breaks. Occasional overtime may be
required depending on production needs. You are required to be at your workstation from the start
of your shift to the completion of your shift Monday thru Friday.
