Full-Time/Regular

  • Full-time permanent position with hybrid working – 3 days in office
  • Help shape RAA’s AI-enabled approach to digital insights
  • Turn RAA's digital data into insights that drive decisions

Challenge yourself and make a difference – it all starts here. We’re looking for a Digital Insights Analyst who is a subject matter expert in analytics and reporting, can manage and interpret data, explain it to non-technical business teams in order to drive commercial outcomes, and has the personal acumen to manage expectations in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Digital Insights Manager as part of our Marketing Membership & Community team, you’ll turn RAA’s digital marketing and product analytics into clear, actionable insights. You’ll work out what drives people to our website, evaluate and measure our digital marketing campaigns and their reach, and make recommendations to improve how members interact with our digital channels and products. You’ll also lead the growth of our AI-enabled business intelligence capability, using Claude so stakeholders can access trusted insights for themselves.

About You

You will be a confident communicator and curious problem-solver who enjoys turning data into decisions. We are also looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a digital, marketing or product analytics role, working autonomously and delivering insights to marketing and/or digital product stakeholders
  • Advanced working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, and experience with a product analytics platform such as Amplitude, PostHog or Mixpanel
  • Working SQL skills, ideally in Google BigQuery, and experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Looker Studio
  • Hands-on experience using large language model tools (Claude preferred) for data analysis and reporting, including prompt design and validating outputs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including data storytelling, and the ability to train and coach non-technical users
  • Understanding of the Australian Privacy Principles and of experimentation and A/B testing principles
  • Good stakeholder management, organisation and time management skills to manage several projects at once
  • Desirable: Google Analytics 4 or product analytics certification, formal training in AI and large language model tools, and an understanding of RAA’s business
