In this role, you'll:
- Create personalised, end-to-end travel experiences tailored to each member's unique travel dreams.
- Be a trusted travel expert, matching members with the perfect flights, accommodation, cruises, tours and holiday packages.
- Connect with members in person, over the phone, via email and online, delivering exceptional service every step of the way.
- Build lasting relationships while achieving and exceeding sales targets in a rewarding environment.

About you
You’re an experienced Travel Consultant who loves creating incredible holiday experiences and takes pride in making every trip unforgettable.
We’re also looking for:
- Previous experience working as a Travel Consultant.
- A genuine passion for travel, with plenty of personal travel experiences to draw on (we’d love to hear where you’ve travelled in your cover letter!)
- Experience using a mid-office travel system
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- The confidence to provide expert recommendations and create tailored experiences for our members.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to confidently navigate multiple booking systems.
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to share ideas, celebrate team success and contribute to a positive team culture.
