Your new opportunity 

As part of our Media team, you’ll partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies, to deliver high-quality, insight-led advertising and media campaigns that resonate with our members and community. From planning through to execution and performance, you’ll help ensure our offline/traditional media activity is strategic, effective, and reflective of RAA’s commitment to delivering real value.

In this role, it will be your responsibility to: 

  •        Manage media agency partnerships and lead briefing, evaluation and approval of offline campaigns, ensuring strong alignment with RAA’s in-house Digital Media team.
  •        Identify and evaluate the most effective offline marketing channels to reach target audiences.
  •        Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Growth Marketing, Membership, Research and Analytics.
  •        Manage media budgets alongside Digital Media team, monitor expenses, and provide accurate forecasts.
  •        Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimise offline media for maximum impact and return on investment (ROI).

About You

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

  •        Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  •        5+ years' experience in marketing or media, with a focus on offline campaign management.
  •        Strong strategic media planning and execution skills.
  •        Ability to establish and maintain relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  •        Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
