• Lead enterprise-wide change for SA’s most trusted organisation
 
RAA is embarking on an exciting period of transformation, and we’re looking for a strategic leader to shape how change happens across our organisation. As our Senior Manager, Change, you’ll provide expert leadership and oversight of organisational change management across RAA’s transformation portfolio, ensuring our people and members experience the full value of every initiative.
 
Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will establish and lead RAA’s Change Management Centre of Excellence, building capability, embedding best-practice methodologies and driving consistent, people-centred change across the business.
 
What you’ll be doing
 
In this key leadership role, you will:
 
• Provide strategic direction and governance for organisational change activity across the transformation portfolio
• Embed consistent change management methodologies, tools and frameworks
• Lead adoption, engagement and benefits realisation across strategic programs and initiatives
• Drive the establishment of change management as a Centre of Excellence at RAA
• Coach, uplift and build change capability across business units and project teams
• Embed change practices into the ‘3 in a Box’ delivery model, partnering closely with Business and Technology leaders
• Identify and manage change risks, ensuring resistance is minimised and sustainable outcomes are achieved
• Champion a people-centred approach that enhances employee experience and member value
 
About you
 
You’re a trusted change leader with the ability to influence, coach and partner across all levels of a complex organisation. You bring:
 
• Significant experience leading enterprise change and transformation in a large organisation
• Deep expertise in change management methodologies, frameworks and benefits realisation
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to shape organisational capability
• Experience building or maturing a Centre of Excellence and driving consistent practice
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and confidence working with executives
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly within a multi-disciplinary delivery model
