Your new opportunity 

This opportunity will see you maintain and control the Association’s Accounts Payable process end to end. But that's not all – your expertise will extend to being an integral link between RAA external suppliers and various internal RAA business units. In addition, you will:

  • Process End of Month tasks and accruals.
  • Prepare Corporate Credit Card cost allocations per detailed procedures.
  • Reconcile supplier statements to the Accounts Payable ledger as received and follow up any inaccuracies.
  • Follow through and resolve supplier/account payment queries promptly and accurately.
  • Provide support and relief for accounts staff as required.

About you 

We’re seeking a confident, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you should bring:

  • Sound knowledge of the accounts payable function.
  • Previous experience with Finance One (Tech One) is desirable.
  • Previous clerical experience in an accounts payable, with some reconciliation experience.
  • Exceptional numeracy and accuracy skills.
  • Outstanding problem solving and resolution skills.
  • Sound knowledge of spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
