Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real difference every day? If so, we want you to join our team at the Victor Harbor RAA Shop! You’ll provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.
In addition, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to members and customers.
- Become multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of RAA’s extensive products including Insurance and Road Service.
- Demonstrate leadership behaviours and uphold organisational values in line with company policy.
- Utilise procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members.
- Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team.

Hours
Monday- Friday as well as 1-2 weekend shifts per month paid at an overtime rate.
Full-time training for first 3 weeks based at our Mile End Head Office.
About you
You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:
- A genuine passion for helping others.
- Proficient with the use of computers.
- Ability to build rapport with members and teammates.
- Solid attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is essential.
