·        Own It. Grow It. Make It Better.

Are you ready to take charge of a product that plays a vital role in how South Australians connect with RAA?

If you’re a commercially minded Product Manager who loves improving digital journeys, driving growth, and creating seamless customer experiences — this is your next big move.

As the Product Manager for our insurance quote-to-buy journey, you’ll own a product that directly contributes to member growth and business performance. Your focus will be on enhancing our digital sales pathways — ensuring our members can easily quote, compare, and purchase insurance products online.

You’ll use data, insights, and collaboration to evolve the product experience, increase online sales conversion, and support RAA’s goal of growing Gross Written Premium (GWP). This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll turn strategy into action and continuous improvement into measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and continuously improve the digital quote-to-buy journey for RAA’s insurance products.
  • Drive online sales growth and increased GWP through optimisation, innovation, and insight-led decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver a clear product roadmap aligned to RAA’s strategic and member-focused goals.
  • Collaborate with technology, digital, marketing, and insurance teams to deliver seamless product enhancements.
  • Use data, member insights, and experimentation to identify opportunities to boost engagement and conversion.
  • Manage backlogs and sprints in Jira, and use Miro to visualise concepts, map journeys, and bring ideas to life.

About you

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital product management, ideally within eCommerce, insurance, or financial services.
  • Proven experience optimising online sales funnels or quote-to-buy journeys.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with a track record of driving conversion and revenue growth.
  • Skilled in Agile delivery using Jira for workflow and Miro for ideation and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery — comfortable balancing the big picture with the detail.
