We’re looking for an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to join our People & Capability team on a part-time (3 days per week) basis for an 8-month contract.
In this role, you’ll provide efficient and accurate administrative and coordination support across Human Resources (HR), Industrial Relations (IR), and Employee Relations (ER), working with a diverse workforce. You’ll play an important part in creating a positive employee experience by delivering confidential, professional, and consistent support while escalating more complex matters to the HR Advisory team.
What you’ll do
• Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to general HR enquiries and processing standard requests.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and databases.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
• Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other documentation.
• Monitor service levels, prepare routine correspondence, and escalate matters requiring HR Advisor or Manager input.
• Provide coordination and administrative support to HR Advisors and the HR Advisory Manager on more complex issues.

You bring strong attention to detail, a passion for delivering great employee experiences, and the confidence to provide clear, practical advice. You’re comfortable working across multiple priorities and systems, and you enjoy being a trusted point of contact for employees and managers alike. You’ll also bring:
• Strong organisational and administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
• Experience in HR administration or a similar support role.
• Familiarity with HRIS or employee record systems (advantageous).
