Manage the maintenance of the RAA Solar and Battery Warehouse including the ordering, receipting and managing of stock to support the effective and efficient installation of RAA Solar and Battery systems. As Store Person you will play a key role in uplifting the high standard of RAA Solar and battery services, working with teams to support RAA Operations and Technical teams. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing incoming supplier stock receipts and job specific purchases as they are received to the warehouse.
  • Unloading and loading of solar battery, panels and other component deliveries and returns by RAA Solar Technical staff and suppliers as required.
  • Receive bulk deliveries - bulk items for storage and receiving in specific store areas – manually or via forklift truck.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability to support operational pipeline of upcoming solar and battery system installation.
  • Support Operations and Technical teams in stock availability updates and accurately monitoring freighting of critical stock items.
  • Opening and preparing warehouse for stock deliveries aligned to morning delivery windows.

About You:

You are a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong attention to detail, a passion for delivering a great team experience, and the confidence to manage high volume workloads in an ever-changing environment. You’re comfortable working autonomously, and as part of a team, and you enjoy being a trusted point of contact for employees and managers alike. You’ll also bring:

  • A solid understanding of warehouse operations (warehouse picking).
  • Previous knowledge of stock management (purchase orders, invoicing, goods receipting).
  • Intermediate Microsoft office capability.
  • Experience in Electrical or Solar industries (highly desired).
  • Experience in logistics / supply chain management (desired).
