Your new opportunity
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Insurance Partnership Coordinator to provide critical administrative and coordination support to our insurance team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the General Manager – Insurance and the broader partnership team by ensuring meetings, schedules, and communications run smoothly across RAA and Allianz.
In this role, you’ll be the central point of contact for all things admin — making sure forums are well-organised, actions are tracked, and calendars stay aligned.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide administrative support to the GM Insurance and wider Insurance team
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with travel arrangements
- Schedule and coordinate partnership forums and operational meetings
- Prepare and distribute agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain a central calendar to align meetings across RAA and Allianz
- Assist with document formatting, internal logistics, and calendar invites
- Maintain templates, track documentation, and help streamline processes
About you
You’re a natural organiser with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset. You enjoy working behind the scenes to make things run smoothly and are confident managing multiple tasks and stakeholders. With excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach, you’re ready to be the linchpin in a fast-paced, partnership-driven environment.
