We’re looking for a confident, detail-driven insurance professional to step into the role of Senior Manager – Insurance, supporting the General Manager Insurance in leading RAA’s strategic partnership with Allianz.
This is a critical leadership position where you’ll be the go-to liaison between RAA and Allianz—owning governance, performance reporting, and key executive engagement, while ensuring the seamless delivery of our joint business goals.
- Lead governance forums and compile high-quality board packs and reporting.
- Partner closely with Allianz on pricing, product, and performance initiatives.
- Review competitor and pricing data to extract insights and make strategic recommendations.
- Represent RAA confidently in executive and partner meetings.
- Support the GM Insurance across strategic initiatives.
- Influence cross-functional teams and develop your leadership impact.
If you thrive in high-accountability roles, have a sharp eye for detail, and know your way around insurance pricing and products—this is your chance to make a real impact. You will also have:
- A strong background in general insurance, with experience in underwriting and/or actuarial disciplines.
- Proven ability to operate at pace in complex, fast-moving environments.
- Governance expertise and experience working with executive leadership and external partners.
- Strong analytical mindset and tech skills—able to interpret data and drive improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—you’ll be a key voice in high-level discussions.
