Your new opportunity

Step into a leadership role where your passion for people and travel meets flexibility and innovation. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing online team, bringing together motivation, mentorship, and momentum.

You’ll be more than just a manager — you’ll be a coach, role model, and member experience champion. While managing your own portfolio of new and existing clients, you’ll also empower your team to succeed in a fast-paced, fully connected digital environment.

  • Lead with flexibility — inspire and support an online team with real-time coaching and feedback
  • Fuel performance — drive results by helping your team hit and exceed their sales goals
  • Resolve and elevate — step in to resolve complex customer needs with empathy and expertise
  • Craft seamless travel experiences — design tailored, end-to-end journeys for our members
  • Lead by example — grow your portfolio while championing world-class member experiences
  • Own your targets — achieve and exceed personal KPIs alongside your team

About you

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience in travel consulting in both a consultant and leadership capacity
  • Certificate in Travel Tourism or relevant qualification (desirable)
  • A strong desire to motivate, inspire and lead a team
  • A proven track record of sales achievement in the travel industry
  • In-depth knowledge of travel IT systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a reputation for making things happen
