We’re looking for a Product Manager to help define, deliver, and optimise digital products that empower our members and propel our organisation into the future. You’ll play a pivotal role, working across portfolios and programs to ensure every product aligns with strategic goals, delivers business value, and enhances our member experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Launch a unified mobile platform roadmap with full stakeholder buy-in.
- Support and evolve the mobile squad in our ways of working.
- Drive product culture through knowledge-sharing, FAQs, and a centralised hub focused on Mobile.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, high-quality digital products.
- Use member feedback, data insights, and market intelligence to inform product direction.
- Lead agile development efforts, managing backlogs, sprints, and cross-team dependencies.
- Be the connective tissue between executive leadership, delivery teams, and our members.
- Own your product’s financial performance, ensuring sustainable ROI.
- Support the shift toward a Product Operating Model through influence and cultural advocacy.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years in digital product management, with hands-on leadership of mobile app products and platforms.
- Strong grasp of Agile frameworks, Product Operating Models, and the full product lifecycle.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach—comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity.
- A passion for building customer-centric solutions backed by data and insight.
- Postgraduate studies in Product Management are a bonus, but a growth mindset, curiosity, and commercial acumen are key.
