The Opportunity

This exciting opportunity will involve developing and maintaining a deep understanding of business processes and information requirements across various enterprise-wide applications. You will support the efficient utilisation and adaptation of these applications to meet identified business needs. In addition, you will:

  • Modify, configure, and administer applications and their interfaces.
  • Provide 2nd level support for applications and their interfaces, including incident management, fault analysis, and configuration changes.
  • Contribute to translating business requirements into technical designs and specifications for vendor quotes and implementation upon approval.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise (SME) in the portfolio of supported applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements for implementation.
  • Maintain application performance through proactive monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the transition of project initiatives into operational support and contribute to planning and process documentation.

About you

You are an experienced, proactive Systems Analyst who excels in dynamic environments. You thrive on supporting the team to solve challenges and continually improve processes. We’re also seeking:

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or similar
  • 5+ years' experience in systems analysis or similar roles within complex enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrable understanding of application development standards and release/change management, including the software delivery lifecycle. Expertise in .Net Framework, ASP.NET, IIS, Azure Service Fabric, RESTful services, Power Automate.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
