Your new opportunity
The Digital Media Coordinator works within the digital media performance team to deliver RAA paid digital campaigns (paid social, programmatic, digital display, SEM). This role is for a passionate, strategic marketer with proven experience in digital marketing and implementing multichannel campaigns end-to-end, that wants to be part of a high performing team, in one of the largest marketing departments in South Australia.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute all paid digital media for assigned product streams, aligning to growth strategies and the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Monitor and optimise all campaigns to maximise ROI, including ad performance, bid management, audience management and ad copy testing.
- Utilise analytics tools to measure and analyse digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with any agency including media agencies, AI agencies and media outlets.
- Collaborate with other teams in the Business Unit i.e. Campaign team, Growth Marketing team and Member Marketing team to ensure objectives, target audiences and key messages are clear.

For this role, we’re also looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, with a focus on digital performance campaigns.
- Experience working in a digital media role at a media agency highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with planning and implementing a successful digital strategy, digital campaigns and analysis.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Excellent understanding of and experience using Digital Marketing platforms (Google Ads, GA4, Social Media Advertising, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, CRM & Automation)
