Your new Opportunity
At RAA, we are so excited to be able to provide this amazing opportunity for a proactive, passionate individual to join our excellent and supportive Roadside Assistance Team and commence your RAA journey!
You will have the opportunity to undertake a traineeship with the aim of acquiring skills in a professional call centre environment and provide an excellent service to RAA Commercial Clients and RAA Members. This role has a huge customer service focus which involves to relating to member situations, showing empathy, and using initiative.
The core working hours for this role will be Monday – Friday between 0700 – 1900.
Responsibilities
As a new and integral member of our team, you will:
· Provide exceptional and professional service to members and internal/external customers.
· Answer all calls in a clear and prompt manner, using RAA’s methods.
· Process new memberships, membership renewals, subscriptions and other financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
· Achieving the required targets with regard to breaks, call work codes and shift start times.
· Correctly record incoming call information, as required.
Study Commitments
- You will complete a Certificate III Customer Engagement. This is an 18-month course.
- You will be signed up for this through T.I.M.E and Apprenticeship Board.
- You will have Modules to complete a part of the certificate. These will be a combination of online and classroom. RAA will support you in attending and providing you time to complete you study commitments.
About you
You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:
· Previous experience in a customer service environment is desirable.
· A passion for providing outstanding member/customer experiences.
· Proficient keyboard/typing skills.
· Sound knowledge and capability of MS Windows systems.
· Excellent communication and a positive “Can Do” attitude!
· Professional and positive approach to your work
