Reporting to the Manager Supplier Governance, this exciting opportunity will see you support the Claims department by effectively managing suppliers in line with their contracts. You will facilitate relationships with suppliers, conduct audit reviews and oversee all aspects of contract administration from onboarding to offboarding. In addition, you will:
- Support communication and contractual management of Service Providers
- Provide administrative support to Claims Governance department in relation to official notifications, letters and contractual documentation where required
- Assist with administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding Suppliers, leveraging the existing Procurement Framework including liaising with Legal and Cyber Security teams
- Contribute to effective working partnerships with key stakeholders by sharing information and fostering a supportive, transparent environment Assist with the coordination and support for Business Improvements from producing and updating documentation, maintaining project plans and schedules to supporting the facilitation of meetings and room bookings

For this role, we’re also looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in business administration or related field
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads, take ownership of tasks, and see them through to completion
- Ability to build collaborative and beneficial working relationships with a variety of stakeholders of diverse backgrounds and levels
- Exceptional attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive, innovative mindset with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
