We’re searching for a Manager, Residential Sales to lead our talented team across Solar, Battery and EV products. In this pivotal role, you’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on sales performance to drive business growth, uncover new market opportunities, and deliver exceptional service to our members.

 

Your Role & Impact

·         Lead and inspire a residential sales team to exceed revenue targets while fostering a culture of accountability, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.

·         Own and drive your own sales performance, setting the standard as a hands-on contributor and trusted advisor to customers.

·         Identify and pursue new business opportunities in solar, battery storage and EV charging to grow market share and expand our member offering.

·         Develop and execute sales strategies and plans aligned to business goals, using data-driven insights, KPIs and pipeline forecasting to inform decisions and maximise impact.

·         Champion exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and repeat business through tailored clean energy solutions.

·         Manage performance and development of your team through regular coaching, training.

·         Contribute to strategic business planning, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting and stakeholder engagement.

·         Represent RAA externally, engaging with industry groups, partners and community stakeholders to build brand presence and unlock new opportunities.

About You

You’re a natural leader and accomplished sales professional who thrives on purpose-driven work. You bring:

  • Experience in sales leadership, ideally in clean tech, solar, energy or adjacent industries.
  • Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and manage a personal sales portfolio.
  • A strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and experience building pipelines and growing revenue.
  • A customer-first approach that balances empathy, service and business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and a solid grasp of sales data and KPIs.
