About the Role

As Manager, Service Delivery & Construction, you’ll oversee the successful implementation of Solar, Battery, and EV installation projects across South Australia. You’ll lead a team of skilled in-house installers and subcontractors, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and compliance standards.

You’ll also help shape the future of our services—supporting growth opportunities, introducing business efficiencies, and contributing to the strategic direction of the Solar, Battery and EV business unit.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of field-based professionals and supervisors, driving high performance and a strong culture of safety, wellbeing, and engagement.

Deliver with Impact: Oversee the delivery of solar, battery and EV projects—ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with all regulations.

Drive Performance: Manage budgets, project milestones, contractor performance, and risk to deliver optimal business outcomes.

Customer Focused: Champion exceptional service across all customer touchpoints, resolving escalations and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Safety First: Embed strong WHS practices into every step of the service and construction process.

Shape the Future: Identify and implement service extension opportunities and business improvements to underpin our long-term strategy.

 

What You’ll Bring

·         A Class Electrical Licence, CEC accreditation, and all relevant solar, battery, and installation certifications.

·         5–10 years of experience in a similar leadership role, ideally within the solar or electrical construction industry.

·         Proven ability to manage field-based teams, drive safety culture, and deliver large-scale projects to high standards.

·         Strong financial and project management skills.

·         High-level interpersonal skills with a passion for leading people and exceeding customer expectations.

·         A passion for innovation, clean technology, and building a more sustainable future.
