Your new opportunity

As a Business Analyst - Data, you’ll bridge the gap between business goals and technical solutions, transforming insights into actionable outcomes that enhance member experience. Working closely with our Information Services teams, you’ll lead the integration of marketing data across the organisation, utilising Dynamics 365 – Customer Insights to improve member communications and deliver value. Key responsibilities include:

  •         Facilitate the planning, evaluation, and delivery of the business analysis function, informing and underpinning the development and design of user-friendly, innovative, and dependable solutions within Member Marketing.
  •        Define data migration, data warehousing and reporting requirements, testing plans and support the successful migration of critical organisational data and implementations of new platforms.
  •        Assist in the definition and implementation of mastering customer data across RAA’s core platforms, including the development of a common data model, mapping key business processes and data matching rules.

About you 

You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. You’re passionate about helping our community and want to make a difference.

For this role, we’re also looking for:

  •       Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.
  •       Experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise projects
  •       Awareness of effective approaches to testing and quality assurance
  •       Experience in working in business transformation programs is highly regarded.
  •       Demonstrated knowledge of business process and information modelling
