Your new opportunity
In this role, you’ll blend technical expertise with business insights to create meaningful member experiences. Working closely with Information Services teams, you’ll play a key role in mobilising marketing data across the organisation, leveraging Dynamics 365 – Customer Insights to enhance member communication and deliver value-driven solutions. You’ll contribute to:
- The development of the data governance framework to ensure best practice methodology for implementation of data pipelines and data models to support the marketing agenda
- Setting the direction to ensure data pipeline solutions minimise future support effort as well as meet immediate requirements
- Supporting the successful migration of critical organisational data and implementation of new Marketing/Customer platforms.
- Assisting in the definition and implementation of mastering customer data across RAA’s core platforms, including the development of a common data model, mapping key business processes and data matching rules

About you
You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. You’re passionate about helping our community and want to make a difference.
For this role, we’re also looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.
- Experience in working in business transformation programs is highly regarded.
- Understanding of modern cloud-based data technologies
- Demonstrated experience in data modelling, database design, implementation and support.
- Knowledge of data and application architecture
