What You’ll Do:
As a Strategy Graduate, you’ll work alongside an experienced team, developing and supporting strategic initiatives that drive company growth and innovation. You’ll gain exposure to multiple areas of business strategy, market analysis, and performance evaluation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to help shape and execute strategic goals.

Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across various business units.

Conduct industry, competitor, and market research to support strategic decision-making.

Analyse business performance data and provide insights into trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.

Assist in developing recommendations based on data-driven insights to refine strategic initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.

Prepare business plans, strategic presentations, and reports for senior leadership.

Contribute to the creation of long-term business unit strategies and identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments.

Collaborate with different departments to gather insights and align strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For:
-
Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Data Analytics, Strategy or a related field (Obtained in 2024 or due to complete in 2025)

Experience in customer service, retail and/or hospitality is highly desirable

Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high quality of work

Team player with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
-
High attention to detail, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation
-
Teamwork demonstrated through extracurricular activities (e.g. sports, clubs, work, societies)
-
GPA of 5.0 or higher (credit average)
