What You’ll Be Doing
· Business Continuity : Conduct Business Impact Analyses, support the business areas to set tolerance levels and work with business areas to keep their Business Continuity Plans current.
· Education & Awareness: Promote a culture of preparedness by delivering engaging training programs, workshops, and scenario testing for teams across the business.
· Incident Management: Support responses to business disruption, conduct post-incident reviews, and ensure timely completion of action plans.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior leaders and business units to enhance business continuity capabilities across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in business continuity or emergency management
· Strong knowledge of ISO 22301 and regulatory frameworks APRA CPS 232 and CPS 230
· Experience facilitating business continuity workshops and running business continuity testing scenarios
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
