The opportunity
RAA is on a mission to make a difference for our members and community with a bold strategic plan. As we grow and evolve, an exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Chief People Officer and Chief Financial Officer, along with their teams.

As an integral part of our team, you'll:

Be the primary point of contact for our executives, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage their calendars and emails with impeccable judgment to optimise their time.

Assist in preparing materials for Board and Committee meetings.

Coordinate administrative tasks across the business unit.

Support leadership activities to ensure executives are well-connected within their division.

Collaborate closely with our EA team to provide comprehensive support to our executive group.
About You:
We're looking for a confident, passionate, and self-motivated individual with extensive EA experience. You should have a proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior executives, adept at handling confidential matters with discretion. Your strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills will be crucial.
You excel in prioritising and managing competing demands efficiently while maintaining high standards. Comfortable with technology, you bring excellent planning and organisational skills to the table. Proactive and forward-thinking, you're not afraid to take initiative to drive results and remain calm under pressure.
