The Manager – HR Advisory & Support plays a crucial role in our RAA P&C Team. You'll lead a team that offers expert advice, manages HR & ER administration, oversees people data, handles knowledge management, and supports HRIS systems. Reporting to the Senior Manager Employee Relations, you'll focus on delivering top-notch customer service and helping employees and leaders with their HR queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands on leadership of HR advisory and support services, maintaining high service standards and leading continuous improvement. Acting as a point of escalation and mentoring within the broader team.
  • Develop processes, procedures and workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality advice and case management. 
  • Manage case and call volumes, and ensure that key metrics and service level agreements are met. 
  • Oversee documentation, record-keeping, projects, which support efficient operations and organisational compliance with employment legislation and policies.
  • Manage HR databases, processes, and templates to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Address and escalate HR, IR & ER queries. 
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to uphold best practices and drive process improvements.
  • Support policy development, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a key contact for employee queries.

What We’re Looking For:

You are a proactive and experienced HR professional passionate about empowering teams to excel, with experience in establishing and/or operating a central shared service HR model. Your leadership fosters confidence and collaboration in changing environments, and you thrive on guiding your team to overcome challenges and drive continuous improvement. We’re also seeking:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  •  Proven leadership experience in HR advisory and support role, including process improvement, case management, SLA development/management and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, employment legislation, and industrial relations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
