As a Product Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver innovative solutions that exceed member expectations and drive business success. You’ll lead the development and execution of our product roadmap, identify opportunities, and oversee the lifecycle of our products from concept to delivery.
Your work will directly enhance the value we offer to members, whether by creating entirely new solutions or refining our existing product portfolio in collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Coaching

Inspire and guide your product squads to deliver results aligned with RAA’s strategic objectives.

Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Act as a visible and influential leader, championing product management best practices across the business.
Product Delivery Excellence

Define, develop, and deliver high-impact products and services.

Ensure alignment with business goals and competitive market positioning.

Drive continuous improvement in our product management frameworks and capabilities.
Innovating for Tomorrow

Lead the development of new ideas and innovations, fostering creativity across teams.

Facilitate initiatives like hackathons and idea generation platforms to cultivate a culture of experimentation and learning.
Commercial and Business Acumen

Analyse customer and market trends to drive profitable growth.

Develop and present evidence-based business cases to inform decision-making.

Monitor product performance, optimising strategies to meet commercial objectives.
Agile Ways of Working

Represent Product Management in strategic planning sessions to ensure initiatives align with business priorities.

Champion agile practices, mentoring teams to adopt a product-centric culture.

Encourage new ways of working that unlock value and improve outcomes.
What we are looking for:
-
Tertiary qualifications in Technology Management, Science, Project/Product Management, or related fields.

Post-graduate studies or professional memberships are a bonus!

5+ years as a Product Manager, with a track record of leading successful product launches and managing value streams.

Project business acumen at an advanced level to develop and apply an entrepreneurial spirit to run a project and program within business operation parameters.

Expertise in product delivery within complex environments.

Familiarity with agile frameworks and tools (e.g., BVSSH).

Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

Strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic environments and navigates ambiguity with ease.

Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and make data-driven decisions.
