RAA has an exciting opportunity to join their Experience Design team, this role will lead the Business Analysis (BA) practice, ensuring quality practices and deliverables and directly contributing to the success of strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive analysis of complex business problems including investigating issues and analysing business feedback. 
  • Provide leadership and advice to delivery teams and stakeholders on functional analysis direction and output. 
  • Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes delivering process improvements and ensuring that systems deliver the intended business benefits. 
  • Provide a clear direction, purpose, and context for your team’s work, setting clear targets with agreed deliverables and timeframes for each team member.  
  • Manage allocation of Analyst resources maximising utilisation and optimally matching resources with opportunities.
  • Establish, maintain, review, and improve frameworks, processes, and tools that support a consistent approach to analysis.
  • Provide vision and direction for the functional aspects of initiatives, based on a deep understanding of member and business needs and technology capabilities.

 

About you  

You will have demonstrated knowledge of business analysis principles & practices, as well as knowledge of project and program management. You will thrive in a changing environment; you will be self-driven and have an ability to work under broad direction on complex tasks.  

You will stand out if you bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related discipline (desired).
  • Proven experience as a Lead Analyst on complex initiatives preferably with a transformation focus.
  • Proven experience managing or leading a similar sized team and commitment to a servant-leader approach.
  • Extensive experience engaging with senior stakeholders up to Executive level.
  • Exposure to core Enterprise systems and enterprise programs of work such as CRM, ERP, HRIS, finance, etc.
  • Experience working in an environment leveraging Agile delivery methods like Scrum or SAFe.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically across complex business issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster good stakeholder relationships through consultation and partnership.
  • Understanding of human centred design and/or Lean manufacturing (desirable).
