Your new opportunity

This role is dedicated to driving positive change by developing, implementing, and maintaining effective and best practice member Policies, Procedures and Frameworks. This will not only ensure compliance with industry regulations and organisational strategies, but actively enhance the member and employee experience. In addition, you will:

  •           Provide coaching, training, and ongoing development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team and stakeholder network.
  •        Ensure Policies, Procedures and Frameworks are developed in such a way that not only meets but exceeds minimum standards required by Regulators.
  •        Collaborate with key stakeholders to continuously improve Policies, Procedures, Frameworks and reporting to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
  •        Prepare regular reports and presentations highlighting performance metrics, trends, insights, and activity.
  •        Monitor regulatory changes, industry standards, and internal governance requirements to ensure Policies, Procedures and Frameworks remain current and compliant.

About you  

You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. You’re passionate about helping our community (and members) and want to make a difference.

For this role, we’re also looking for:

  • Dispute resolution, negotiation or mediation experience required.
  •        Comprehensive knowledge of relevant compliance standards, legislative requirements and industry codes and best practices for member Polices, Procedures and Frameworks.
  •        Proven experience working with, and influencing, stakeholders in a professional environment is essential.
  •        Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from member data and implement data-driven solutions.
  •        A team player with integrity to align with company values.
