Your new opportunity
Our modern onsite Café caters to our employees by providing breakfast and lunch options such as hot and cold buffet items, made to order sandwiches, sweet and savoury snacks, barista made coffee and a range of daily specials.
As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Making excellent coffee/hot beverages as per customer orders
- Delivering exceptional and professional service to RAA’s Café customers
- Assisting with the preparation of food & beverage items for service, and to meet catering needs
- Ensuring all food is stored, handled, and prepared in accordance with the RAA's Procedures
- Completing any ad hoc tasks, as required, to assist with the effective operation of the café
About you
You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:
- Strong barista skills and experience
- Solid experience working in a fast paced, busy café environment
- Ability to listen effectively to determine customers' needs and exceed customer expectations
- Food preparation knowledge in a commercial kitchen or café environment
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Ability to remain calm in a busy environment and in pressured situations
