We’re looking for a Systems Analyst to join our Technology team and help keep our mission-critical Roadside Assistance systems, CARS, running smoothly and efficiently for RAA and RACQ, RAC WA and RACT.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the performance and reliability of key business systems, including the Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) applications and their interfaces.
• Investigating and resolving system issues, providing second-level technical support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Coordinating and implementing system updates and releases, working closely with business users and vendors to ensure changes are delivered on time and with minimal disruption.
• Maintaining and improving system configuration and documentation, ensuring all changes are tracked, tested, and clearly communicated.
• Collaborating with business partners to understand their needs and translate them into practical technical solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitoring and reporting on system performance, ensuring proactive maintenance and continuous improvement across the environment.
About You:
You are a proactive and detail-driven Systems Analyst who thrives in a dynamic, problem-solving environment. You bring a curious mind, a passion for improving systems, and the confidence to translate complex technical details into practical solutions. You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities, collaborating with both technical teams and business stakeholders, and you take pride in keeping systems running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll also bring:
• Hold a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or similar (desirable)
• Proven experience with complex enterprise-wide applications and vendor management
• Experience supporting and maintaining enterprise applications or system integrations.
• Deep technical knowledge across medium to large enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, and large system configuration
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills 
• A proactive mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency, and great service delivery.
