Join one of South Australia’s most trusted organisations as a Senior Advisor Community Partnerships & Events. This is your opportunity to help shape RAA’s community presence by leading key partnerships and delivering memorable events that make a real difference to our members and the wider community.
Reporting to the Manager Community Partnerships and Events, you’ll lead and deliver components of RAA’s Community Partnership program and take a key role in planning and delivering RAA’s corporate, community and member events.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Initiating and managing relationships with community partners to maximise RAA’s impact
- Leading the delivery of RAA’s community grant programs and partnership activities
- Planning and managing a range of corporate, community and member events, including RAA’s flagship Street Smart High program
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing, coaching and supporting your direct reports to achieve shared goals

You’re an experienced professional with a passion for community engagement and events that create meaningful connections. You thrive in dynamic environments, juggle multiple priorities with ease, and have a natural ability to lead and inspire others.

- Proven experience delivering impactful community sponsorships and grant programs
- Experience developing and maintaining key partnerships and stakeholder relationships
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A collaborative mindset and passion for driving positive change
