Looking for a chance to take your IT infrastructure expertise to the next level within a high-performing Technology team? This is your opportunity! 

 

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing on premise and Azure cloud servers, storage, security, and backup/recovery solutions. You’ll provide subject matter expertise, support operational excellence, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our technology environment. 

 

Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and maintaining technical design standards and policies for infrastructure and cloud solutions.  

  • Document solutions, define scopes of work, estimate resources, and coordinate implementation of complex projects. 

  • Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and remediate alerts, events, and incidents. 

  • Plan, implement, and test upgrades and patches following change management processes.  

  • Collaborate with third-party service providers, manage vendor support activities, and escalate issues as required to ensure reliable technology operations. 

 

About You: 

You are a proactive, detail-oriented IT professional who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment. You enjoy problem-solving, providing reliable technology solutions, and building strong working relationships with peers and vendors. You’ll also bring: 

  • A tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.  

  • Proven experience managing servers, storage, backup/recovery, and cloud infrastructure in medium to large enterprise environments. 

  • Experience supporting and maintaining Azure, MS365, VMware, and enterprise infrastructure solutions. 

  • Strong technical knowledge across on premise and cloud environments, including Citrix and load balancing solutions. 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
