Product Coordinator - Road Service

Your new opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Product Coordinator to support our Road Service product portfolio. In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating product entitlements, pricing updates, and supporting Assist Australia programs, while ensuring a smooth experience for internal stakeholders, members and commercial clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinate the implementation and communication of Road Service product entitlements and annual subscription price reviews (Personal and Business).
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholder enquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Manage the Frequent and Excessive Use assessment, notification, and review process.
• Take ownership of complaints, ensuring fair, timely, and reasonable resolutions.
• Administration of Fleet and Taxi new business and cover alterations
• Support change management processes linked to Road Service and Assist Australia programs.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and system testing to drive continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role you will need: 

• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Experienced with Landscape, ICAD, ECR, SharePoint and JIRA
• Ability to establish and maintain effective, productive, and professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously and get the job done without day-to-day direction
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
