Your new opportunity

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Shop Team Manager to join our Retail Sales team at RAA Colonnades Shop.

As the Shop Team Manager, you will provide hands-on leadership and guidance to a team of Retail Sales Consultants, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets across our product range—including Road Service, Insurance, Travel, Security, and Finance.

In this role, you’ll also be responsible for shop operations, business planning, and driving compliance and performance outcomes—all while embracing a servant leadership approach to foster a motivated and customer-focused team culture.

You will be instrumental in:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of Retail Sales Consultants through coaching, development planning, and regular performance feedback

At RAA, we hire for cultural add first and technical fit second – but to thrive in this role, you’ll ideally have:

  • Experience in a supervisor or management role in a retail or customer service environment
  • Proven ability to drive sales outcomes and coach individuals to success
  • Strong understanding of servant leadership principles and the ability to role model them
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in RAA retail systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Cert IV in Frontline Management or similar (desired)
  • Current RAA Insurance Authorised Representative status, or the ability to obtain and maintain this

If you're a confident leader ready to take charge of a vibrant retail environment and support your team to deliver great outcomes for our members, we’d love to hear from you.
