RAA’s Automotive Services department has an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Planning and Resourcing Officer to join their team.
Reporting to the Automotive Resourcing Manager, this role will provide accurate Workforce Planning, forecasting, and resource scheduling, to ensure operational and member demands are met. This will ultimately help drive operational efficiency, and service improvements for our Road Service Delivery, and our members
As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing forward demand estimates for roadside demand, based on historical patterns and unique foreseeable events
- Scheduling of road service resources, in accordance with industrial constraints, to best satisfy forecast demand
- Provide guidance and data-driven recommendations to key stakeholder groups, enabling effective decision making
- Providing reporting and data analysis services to the wider Automotive Resourcing department

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. You thrive on accuracy, enjoy data driven work, and bring strong communication and problem-solving skills to the table.
We are also looking for:
- Working knowledge of workforce management systems
- Workforce planning experience in a call-centre or 24/7 environment or role with similar and transferable skills
- Prior experience in the use of integrated forecast, planning, resource allocation and rostering computer software packages
- Knowledge of rostering staff preferably in a 24/7 environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and sound knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
