Are you a highly effective administrator with a great customer service focus and interest in business and process improvement? This great opportunity to step into a secondment in Automotive Support will see you provide Automotive Administrative support across the Automotive Services Business unit.
Key responsibilities include:
- Stakeholder engagement and communication required to manage vehicle transportations in a timely, cost effective and efficient manner.
- Prioritise and complete administrative tasks within deadline for all Automotive Services Systems and support systems e.g. CAD, Finance One, RTID.
- Ensure accurate reporting, preparation of accounts, payment of invoices and completion of commercial chargebacks, including fund recovery within required timeframes.
- Member refunds after vehicle transportation
- Ensure financial transaction administrative duties are provided accurately in a timely, cost effective and efficient manner.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service levels, performance indicators and quality standards are delivered.

- General administration experience
- Strong customer service background
- Strong understanding of Road Service Policy and entitlements
- Sound knowledge of Windows based operating systems
- High level of attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Competent cash handling and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to provide excellent quality of work to our members, including critical thinking and problem-solving skills to inform decision-making
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
