Your new opportunity
We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and driven individuals who have strong Retail Sales experience as well as good knowledge and understanding of Landscape. Reporting to the Service Support Team manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to provide phone support to the retail network on products and systems. In addition, you will:
- Identify and resolve enquiries by utilising current product knowledge and internal resources.
- Deliver exceptional and professional personalised service to each internal customer.
- Provide feedback to the Service Support Team Manager to assist in developing/enhancing customer experience and product gaps.
- Take ownership of issues or concerns until fully resolved.

Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience as a Retail Sales Consultant, preferably with some experience dealing with escalated queries and multi-skilled in all RAA products.
- Good knowledge and understanding of landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to influence positive outcomes.
- Flexible and able to switch tasks quickly as priorities change.
- Ability to multi-task and work autonomously while providing excellent service.
- Ability to make decisions that are in the best interests of the member and business needs.
