We are currently seeking an Operations Management Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The position provides journeyman-level executive operations support services to the PMA-262 MQ-4C Triton Program Office in a high-visibility, fast-paced acquisition environment. This position serves as a key operational support resource responsible for supporting leadership execution, office operations, and cross-functional coordination efforts across the program office. This position directly supports the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager, as well as the Operations Officer, in all aspects of program office operations.
Functional Description:
· Executive & Administrative Operations
· Serves as a primary support interface for senior leadership, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), external stakeholders, and distinguished visitors.
· Coordinates executive schedules, travel planning, calendar synchronization, visitor engagement, meeting logistics, and executive briefing support.
· Manages leadership action tracking, workflow management, document routing, suspense tracking, and task management to improve organizational efficiency.
· Maintains a professional, responsive, and mission-focused front office environment supporting PMA-262 leadership priorities.
· Program & Process Management
· Independently supports a broad range of operational management activities including special projects, office operations coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
· Assists with access control administration, personnel identification (PID) management, and physical security administrative support.
· Supports daily mission execution and rapidly shifting operational priorities by working closely with Operations, Acquisition, Contracts, and Business Financial Management (BFM) teams.
· Provides continued exposure to acquisition and program management operations, including procurement planning coordination, executive reporting, and acquisition documentation support.
Required Experience:
Three (3) to Ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or allowable substitutions.
Allowable substitutions:
Associate’s Degree and Two (2) years of additional experience
or
Four (4) years of experience with no degree.

· Strong organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to independently manage multiple high-visibility tasks.
· Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products.
· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
· Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
· Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance preferred or ability to obtain. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $74,985.65 $112,478.47 NTE (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
